At 7:30am on February 22,2012, a black bear taken bile stands on the top platform of cage and stares into the distance in Gui Zhen Tang, in Huian County, Fujian Province, China. Gui Zhen Tang is a pharmaceuticals company that supplies the traditional Chinese medicine market. But it is reported that its main products are obtained from live bear bile. The technology of live bear bile is such a torture: it will not kill the bear, but will render him a pain in the living death. Gui Zhen Tang has been been questioned after it announced to publicly list their business in the stock exchang. The company's plans led to an outpouring of public opposition within China. By the end of 2012, there are a total of 68 legal bear farms in China and 6000-8000 black bears used to extract bile.
