    Fu Yuegui is 80-year-old China Henan Zhengzhou the Xingyang sishui town Hulao-Sekimura villager. During the great famine of 1942, she didn't escape but survived by eating locusts, leaves or weeds.

    The great famine of 1942 happened in Henan province in China and caused the death of 3 Million People. After the great drought in 1942 summer it occured plague of locusts and the famine express to all the 110 county in Henan province. 3 million people were forced to flee to Shaanxi province and other 3 million died of hunger.
